Since 2017, extraordinary animals have been born in the LIGARTI animal factory. The Wuppertal-based company combines the hand-painted design by founder Hanna Ligeti with selected materials. Products such as bamboo postcards, enamel mugs, fair wear t-shirts or fridge magnets are intended to bring joy, far away from mass production. %23lovepeaceandanimals We set ourselves apart significantly with our high-quality postcards made from bamboo. In search of the right premium paper for our little darlings, we carefully examined the types of paper available on the market. For us, the focus was on sustainability, pleasant feel and excellent printing properties. After a lot of trying, feeling and comparing for ourselves, we ultimately decided on paper made from bamboo. Apart from the bamboo content in the paper, it was important to us that the postcard not only looked like a small work of art, but also felt good. This sets us apart from other postcard providers and we do not use standard paper. Our paper is 350gsm and is made from 90% bamboo fibers and 10% cotton with an uncoated surface. This mixture results in a particularly pleasant feel with excellent print quality. Our postcards (14.8cm x 10.5cm) are printed with a lot of love and passion in a selected printing company in Germany, near our hometown of Wuppertal. Why bamboo and not another resource? Bamboo stands for spirituality, naturalness and resource-saving paper production. In addition to quality, these are important factors for us when selecting paper.
