La Sablésienne is proud of its ancestral know-how and its demands for quality. To develop gourmet recipes, it selects noble ingredients and mainly concentrates its sourcing in the Western region of France: flour from a Sarthe mill, fresh butter, free-range eggs, pure cocoa butter chocolate, Italian pistachios and Guérande salt caramel. In addition, La Sablésienne selects natural ingredients without coloring, artificial flavors or preservatives. It is also in this ethic that La Sablésienne has chosen to produce organic products and is certified by Ecocert. It has in fact obtained the French and European organic label for more than 25 years. At La Sablésienne, the tradition is perpetuated. The Biscuits are made in molds, some of which are still made of bronze; the biscuits cook slowly on metal plates. After cooling to room temperature, they are carefully collected by hand. The Petit Sablé recipe is a closely guarded secret. La Sablésienne has more than thirty recipes thanks to its artisanal know-how guaranteeing the quality of its biscuits. She thus develops innovative and attractive recipes and produces different textures and different flavors while perpetuating the art of French pastry. Finally, the biscuit factory is a founding member of the Confrérie du Petit Sablé and received the Gastronomy and Best Biscuit prize. La Sablésienne also creates delicious pure cocoa butter chocolates in her chocolate factory.
