This is a beautiful Santoku knife, made with the finest Japanese precision and Western robustness. The 180 mm blade is made of ultra-sharp, high-quality Japanese 440C stainless steel, with a hardness of 60 +/- 1 HRC. The handle is made of black pakkawood, which ensures perfect balance.
The knife is completely handmade and comes with a bamboo saya (sheath) and an elegant bamboo box. Thanks to the "Tsuchime" pattern on the blade, a traditional Japanese technique, food does not stick to the knife.
