KLOQ is a Dutch design brand that designs and produces modern clocks and interior accessories with a nod to the past.
Each piece is made by hand in its own studio together with a social workplace in Nijmegen, with an eye for sustainability, quality and character.
Behind the brand is designer Arjan Ros, a designer with a father and grandfather as a watchmaker. Inspired by old pendulum clocks from the parental home, he combines nostalgic elements with contemporary colors and minimalist design. The result: timeless clocks that not only indicate the time, but also tell stories. KLOQ is een Nederlands designmerk dat moderne klokken en interieuraccessoires met een knipoog naar het verleden ontwerpt en produceert.
Elk stuk wordt met de hand gemaakt in eigen atelier samen met een sociale werkplaats in Nijmegen, met oog voor duurzaamheid, kwaliteit en karakter.
Achter het merk staat ontwerper Arjan Ros, een ontwerper met een vader en opa als horlogemaker. Geïnspireerd door oude slingerklokken uit het ouderlijk huis, combineert hij nostalgische elementen met eigentijdse kleuren en minimalistisch design. Het resultaat: tijdloze klokken die niet alleen de tijd aangeven, maar ook verhalen vertellen.
