During my forays through Bangkok I discovered the world of gold and silver jewelry - and was immediately fascinated. 2 years later I bought my first pieces of jewelry, which I offered at various markets and city festivals. It didn't take long before I was asked by other jewelry dealers and local business people where these great, unusual pieces of jewelry came from and where they could buy them for their business. In 1998 the time had come. The company was founded. First we had to find a suitable name. After long discussions with friends, I decided on Impala. Impala is a species of African antelope that looks good, is agile and fast and can jump high. The American car manufacturer Chevrolet also uses the Impala name. The philosophy behind it: Create something special with high value!
