The Hülsenreich idea began with a large sack of chickpea flour, which Emilie ordered from the organic supplier out of curiosity. After many experiments, the idea arose to develop the perfect healthy snack from legumes. She took Gunnar and Simon with her on this journey. The two of them were immediately enthusiastic about the idea of making more out of legumes: Proteins for snacking? Strengthen an underrepresented group of plants? Immediately the spark jumped over and they were there. In the meantime we have chosen one of many ideas and developed a great product: Our crispy chickpeas are exactly what we dreamed of. We take the pure legume, process it gently and refine it in such a way that no one can resist it. Not only the nutritional values of the roasted chickpeas are unbeatable, but also their taste
