First time I ordered, but communication via chat was not clear and cordial for me personally. During the period of the Warehouse sale I noticed that the price of some items changed regularly. I was still unsure which and how many of each I would order, but saw that my total amount sometimes changed drastically. One day an item was offered at a discount, the next day it was not and/or the price had changed significantly, from €78 to €104, for example. When I inquired via chat, I received an unclear answer and there was even communication next to the question. Because of this I decided to place a very small order and wait. Delivery correct but no labels, packaging,... attached to the shipment. While this is the case with the other brands I work with. So I have to provide materials such as boxes, bags, etc. for my customers.
Eerste keer dat ik besteld heb, maar communicatie via chat verliep voor mij persoonlijk niet duidelijk en hartelijk. Tijdens de periode van de Warehouse sale stelde ik vast dat de prijs regelmatig wijzigde van enkele items. Ik twijfelde nog welke en hoeveel ik van elk zou bestellen, maar zag dat mijn totaalbedrag soms drastisch wijzigde. De ene dag was een item aangeboden via een korting, de andere dag niet en/of was de prijs sterk gewijzigd nl. van €78 naar €104 bijvoorbeeld. Bij navraag via chat, ontving ik een onduidelijk antwoord en werd er zelfs naast de vraag gecommuniceerd. Hierdoor heb ik beslist maar een zeer klein order te plaatsen en af te wachten. Levering correct maar geen labels, verpakkingen,... bijgevoegd aan de zending. Terwijl dit bij de andere merken waarmee ik samenwerk wel het geval is. Zo dien ikzelf dus voor materiaal nl. doosje, zakje, enz. te voorzien voor mijn klanten.
