Our Mission:
On our way to zero waste, one bag at a time!

Flax & Stitch offers sustainable alternatives to packaging of all kinds.
These are original creations created and manufactured in Belgium: We focus on zero waste products: PUL Based - reusable freezer bags, sandwich/snack bags and wraps. 100% Oekotex/Organic Cotton bread bags. Reusable make-up and kitchen wipes. Bulk bags etc etc.. We want to help our customers reduce their usage of disposable items. Our goal is to have as many people as we can reach, enjoying our reusable products and reducing their environmental impact.

We are a family owned and operated business, based in Belgium. Our motivation is not profit, but creating a sustainable business with balanced rewards for our customers, our retail partners, our suppliers and our company. We are members of 1% for the Planet - donating 1% of annual sales to environmental charities.

Now....about the name.....Flax, which means 'lucky charm' in Swedish, is the name of a golden retriever that Muriel had welcomed into her family just before launching her project. He arrived as a gift in her life at a very special time ... 'Stitch' was added to cover the textile design and craft aspect of the brand.
