My grandfather Friedrich Edzard founded our family business 50 years ago. With his keen sense of elegant shapes and his passion for traditional craftsmanship, he established his first partnerships with renowned manufacturers in Germany and England. My father successfully led the company into the 21st century, internationalized purchasing and sales and built a strong network of trading partners. Today I can accompany EDZARD into the digital age - with modern sales channels that open up new opportunities for our specialist retail partners.
Our aim is to bring joy of life and a very special shine into every home. Our motto “timelessly beautiful” stands for products that outlast trends and bring lasting joy to your customers.

Vor 50 Jahren gründete mein Großvater Friedrich Edzard unser Familienunternehmen. Mit seinem ausgeprägten Gespür für elegante Formen und seiner Leidenschaft für traditionelle Handwerkskunst knüpfte er erste Partnerschaften mit renommierten Manufakturen in Deutschland und England. Mein Vater führte das Unternehmen erfolgreich ins 21. Jahrhundert, internationalisierte Einkauf und Vertrieb und baute ein starkes Netzwerk von Handelspartnern auf. Heute darf ich EDZARD ins digitale Zeitalter begleiten – mit modernen Vertriebswegen, die unseren Fachhandelspartnern neue Möglichkeiten eröffnen.

I deducted one star because I wasn’t notified in advance that the full order could not be fulfilled. That said, the portion of the order I did receive was truly excellent—beautifully packaged, delivered promptly, and of outstanding quality.
