About EDERKI
Our company is established on the banks of the Adour at the gates of Bayonne. Since 1942, we have been committed to offering gourmet and high quality products, inspired by the art of living and the gastronomy of the Basque Country. Every day, we come up with exclusive recipes with our network of local farmer-partners, acting in favor of maintaining agricultural social ties. From aperitif to dessert, our products are made from quality raw materials: meats from the southwest, vegetables from France and Navarre, cooked dishes without preservatives and without additives.
Notre entreprise est établie sur les bords de l'Adour aux portes de Bayonne. Depuis 1942, nous nous attachons à proposer des produits gourmands et de grande qualité, inspirés de l'art de vivre et de la gastronomie du Pays Basque. Chaque jour, nous imaginons des recettes exclusives avec notre réseau d'agriculteurs-partenaires locaux, agissant en faveur du maintien d lien social agricole. De l'apéritif au dessert, nos produits sont élaborés à partir de matières premières de qualité : viandes originaires du Sud-ouest, légumes de France et de Navarre, plats cuisinés sans conservateurs et sans additif.
