Here in our own chocolate shop you are in the right place, because we are the only chocolatier in Germany registered with the Chamber of Crafts, who works in the old artisanal way, also organic and fair trade certified, starting with the cocoa bean. Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! In our own chocolate shop we make everything from the cocoa bean to the finished bar. As a real chocolate manufacturer, everything is handmade by us. There is no purchased cocoa mass, no alkalising, no lecithin, no white refined sugar and no artificial flavorings. We attach great importance to dark 100% chocolate and drinking chocolate with almost no sugar. Our chocolate factory also uses organic and fair trade cocoa beans to make ingredients: cocoa nibs or cocoa butter. Special chocolate does not have to be a luxury.
