Goods are well packaged, delivered quickly, unfortunately the labels don't always sit so smoothly or straight. There's still room for improvement🤞🤞🫶🏼🫶🏼

Ware ist gut verpackt, wurde schnell geliefert, leider sitzen die Etiketten nicht immer so glatt oder gerade. Da ist noch Luft nach oben🤞🤞🫶🏼🫶🏼

Shipping good, fragrance good, but: If a customer buys an expensive candle for € 20, he wants a lid without scratches and dents and a decent etttikett. So often mentioned here, but apparently it doesn't matter and is not corrected. Too bad.

Versand gut, Duft gut, aber: wenn ein Kunde eine teure Kerze für 20€ kauft, möchte er einen Deckel ohne Kratzer und Dellen und ein ordentliches Ettikett. So oft hier erwähnt, aber scheinbar ist es egal und wird nicht korrigiert. Schade.

Great scents! So great that the labels, some of which are stuck at an angle, don't matter. If this were to be improved, it would be a 5 with extra stars. Also packaged well and delivered quickly. Thank you 👍🏻

Tolle Düfte! So toll, dass die teilweise schräg geklebten Etiketten nicht ins Gewicht fallen. Wenn das noch verbessert wird, gäbe es eine 5 mit extra Sternchen. Auch super verpackt und schnell geliefert. Danke 👍🏻

Out of 68 delivered candles, 29 were with defective labels - not sealed properly which causes bubbles under the label. We could not offer them to customers! And this is not happening for the first time. In our previous order there were also many defected candles with the same problem.

Very fast delivery. All products are top notch. Beautiful scented candles and very pleasant scents.
