It all starts with a stylist's passion for the world of childhood. <br /> Behind Carotte & Cie hides Alexandra FRUCHART, a passionate young mother. <br /><br /> From the bib to the blanket, including the swaddle and the musical cushion, Carotte & Cie offers a whole range of essentials for baby's daily life; evolving accessories with pretty natural materials and original patterns so that baby can wake up every day in a tender and poetic universe. <br /> Our materials are natural and soft, always in 100% cotton and our models are produced in limited series in order to give back all its value to baby's trousseau. <br /><br /> We like pretty things: <br /> Like the pretty patterns. We put all our heart into designing our collections with unique prints and small series in a graphic and colorful spirit. As also the beautiful materials. Most of our cottons come from organic farming with GOTS and / or Oeko-tex certifications. <br /> We wanted to focus on quality; just beautiful soft and natural materials and products made with ethics and in short circuit. <br /><br /> We like French know-how: <br /> Attentive to the quality and monitoring of its products, Carotte & Cie works in close collaboration with its French service providers for the printing of its fabrics, as well as for the manufacture of its entire range for babies. <br /> Each piece is carefully handcrafted in France and even in Hauts-de-France less than 60km from our workshop, in order to better follow the manufacture while promoting the know-how of our French craftsmen. <br /> We also work with an ESAT, a sheltered workshop, for the making of our products. Men and women with disabilities who are happy to invest in our project; and we could not be more grateful. <br /><br /> We like security: <br /> Our musical cushions, dry hot water bottles and teething rings have European CE standards; Safety gage for the little ones and reassuring for the parents. <br /> We take pride in the quality of our raw materials, their traceability and their processing. The prints are made from natural water pigments certified Oeko-tex thus guaranteeing the best for baby's sensitive skin. <br /> Because every parent wants the best for their child. <br /><br /> We love gifts that last: <br /> Concerned about the environment, our products are made with quality raw materials, selected with care, organic and / or printed with water-based inks more respectful of the planet. <br /> Our products are also designed to last a long time and grow with your child. <br /> Compact and multifunctional products designed by a mother for today's mothers who also care about the budget of today's parents. <br /><br /> We don't like to waste: <br /> We have developed a new “Zero waste” range made from fabric scraps from our workshop. <br /> We try as much as possible in this sense to optimize our raw materials to avoid waste because we can already create something from a very small piece of fabric. <br /> We also minimize our impact on the environment by recycling packaging and virtually eliminating plastic from our shipments.
