HOW TO USE ROSE QUARTZ BODY MASSAGE ROLLER
1. DEFINE DÉCOLLETAGE
Start off your body sculpting routine by placing the body roller on your chest.
Roll upwards towards the shoulders, avoiding the throat area.
2. TONE UPPER ARMS
Place the body tool above the elbow on the outside of your arm and follow your upper arm in the direction of your shoulder.
Next, repeat this step on the inside of your arm, always working towards your armpit.
3. CONTOUR UPPER LEGS
Starting on the back of the legs，move the body massage roller from the knee upwards to the thigh area.
Repeat on the frontside of the upper leg, moving from knee towards groin area.
4. SHAPE INNER THIGHS
Place the body tool on the inside of your inner thigh and roll back and forth， moving from left to right.
ATTENTION:
Do not use excessive force.
Apply as much pressure as you are comfortable with.
Keep away from children.
Do not use in case of zinc allergies.
After use wipe tool clean with a dry cloth and store in a dry place.
