I am very disappointed. The items are a bit more expensive, so I expected much better customer service. Two of my items were of extremely poor quality and were in no way suitable for sale. I complained about this. I was then only refunded a partial amount and not the full amount. Ordered goods there for the first and last time.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Die Artikel sind etwas teurer, daher habe ich mit sehr viel besserem Kundenservice gerechnet. Zwei meiner Artikel waren in ausgesprochen schlechte Qualität und in keinster weise für den Verkauf geeignet. Dies habe ich reklamiert. Daraufhin wurde mir lediglich ein Teilbetrag erstattet und nicht der volle Betrag. Das erste und letzte mal dort Waren bestellt.
