Our story like many other great stories starts from a very sad moment.
Many people say do not grieve for what is lost but make an impact with what exists.

After my grandfather passed away, my dad inherited a small plot of land, but he wasn't sure what to do with it.
It was like standing in the abyss of a large puzzle where one piece is missing.
People worked hard for such a piece of land and honor was planted.
The mindset of people was thinking of the future because small things make the biggest change.

However, a few weeks later my dad came across an old book telling ancient stories about our village, and the important role saffron cultivation played in society.
In medieval times in Farigliano, saffron cultivation was at its highest and then disappeared for more than 500 years.
At that exact moment, my father saw the solution to his uncompleted puzzle. He decided to restore this old tradition.

My father, who has always lived in this village, firmly believes that we must leave this land better than how we found it.
And that is why, we’re committed to putting our land and our people first, by cultivating the product in the most sustainable way.
The most sustainable way is not just the idea of bio farming but it is how a process contributes to society, the environment, and the economy.
We are proud to say that we make a product worth loving.

Our community is the reason why we do what we do. We want to create a long-lasting business that will be looked upon.
As my father always says, what we are, we owe it to our land, and it is our duty to pay it back with the values handed down to us by our fathers.
