Leather minimal earrings. Lightweight jewellery perfect for day or evening wear beautifully crafted in Denmark.
Sustainable created from leather and raw brass with high attention to detail. Each part is entirely made by hand: the brass is cut, soldered, formed and polished; after layers are put together the leather edges are coloured with three layers of paint for a lasting piece.

Our jewellery is modular so it's easy for us to repair or replace damaged parts. Lost an earring? Write to us and we'll see what we can do to replace it for half the price of a pair.

Artefact Room

Artefact Room is an independent jewellery line with sculptural pieces crafted in Copenhagen with meticulous attention to detail. The collections are consciously designed and made by Ana Marchetanu. She's intrigued by the possibility of building tridimensional shapes and structures from unusual materials. Leather is one of those, and since 2011, she developed a personal technique in art jewellery; a contemporary approach to traditional leather crafting. While the look of pieces in Foldings has to preserve the eeriness of the mathematical objects that inspired them, they are designed to be comfortable and versatile. For comfort, they are lightweight, especially light for their volume.
