agoy has a 20-year history of creating a wide range of yoga products, but recently we’ve had our heads down working on what we believe is the most exciting thing in yoga since the development of the yoga mat – the Gecko Touch Yoga Towel.

Our drive to create such an original and innovative yoga product came from a long ambition to solve the most common problem people say they experience while practicing yoga – sliding on their mat or towel in moist conditions.

By applying a patented tactile silicone structure to a super absorbent microfiber towel we produced a base for yoga that is not only long-lasting but also provides a consistent level of grip throughout a yoga practice from beginning to end, wet or dry!

The beauty of using a Gecko Yoga Towel is that as well as working for any style of yoga it also provides a clean surface when placed on top of any unhygienic public mat. It is lightweight and small enough to toss in a medium-size bag and perhaps best of all, at a time when hygiene has become such a big issue, it is easily machine washed and dries in no time

The Gecko Yoga Towel is now available in two styles:

The Gecko Touch: an all-purpose yoga towel that provides full coverage grip on both sides with a repetitive circular silicon pattern - currently available in six colours (purple rain, moon grey, desert orange, matcha green, ocean blue, and wild rose).

The Gecko Warrior: a towel designed primarily for dynamic styles of yoga and featuring a multi-directional silicone alignment pattern on both sides, as well as providing ample towel space for maximum moisture abortion – currently available in two colours (moon grey and ocean blue).
