Fast shipping. Unfortunately I did not receive the correct chocolate, I immediately emailed it and received a response immediately.
They would send me a return label and I would then receive the right one again. Was glad there was a quick solution. but....
Unfortunately, a month later, there is no return form and no response to my emails and messages. I'm very disappointed that it still hasn't been resolved.

Thank you for quick shipping. I have now ordered the chocolate for the fourth time. Unfortunately, there have always been shipping problems since my first order, which disappointed me. Nevertheless, the chocolate is excellent - my customers love them!
With my last order I received a variety with a short best -before date. I am grateful for the replacement, even if it took a while. This time, however, a variety is still missing and I hope to get it soon. I order the chocolate pieces as gifts and samples for my customers. I hope the missing articles will not be forgotten again.
Despite the shipping problems, I give five stars because the chocolate is simply unbeatable. I wish you continued success!
