Food is a matter of trust. We only use natural premium carbon dioxide in the bottle. We don't find industrial gases from combustion processes so sparkling for drinks.
That is why we only fill our cylinders with already existing CO2, which is extracted from plants and plant residues and processed in a highly pure form after filtering.
