With a professional history of marketing, we went from Milan to South Africa for the first time in 1999. In Johannesburg, in the office, it was like being in London or New York: every technology was available and English was spoken to everyone. But when you left the asphalted road or parking lot, then the pristine nature and the red-rust dirt road began. Towards the south, the gaze crossed the clear air to the distant hills, without encountering an artifact, a chimney or a high voltage pylon. About ten years later we resumed that "interrupted" exploration and returned to Cape Town. Our constant search for new proposals has led, in parallel to our wine boutique with wines from some of the best South African wineries, to the Cape Best® design collection, continuously renewed based on the discovery of new local talents, able to stand out even in European cities . Cape Best's collection features South African-inspired sustainable home accessories that are unique and mostly handcrafted. Recovery, colors and creativity are the real protagonists, fused by professional craftsmanship.
