Healthy sitting means active sitting. And that started about 30 years ago with the use of PVC exercise balls in many offices, but exercise balls had disadvantages. They rolled away, were sticky, unruly and ugly. With VLUV we have revolutionized the market since the beginning of 2015 and turned a rubber ball into a comfortable seating furniture and minimalist design object. Since then, we have grown into the world's leading supplier of air-filled seating.

The company was founded in 2009. Kristof Hock, the inventor and owner, started at home at the living room table. An old moped shed was both the production location and the warehouse. Today our team has grown to 7 employees. Our head office with extensive office and storage space is idyllically located in a more than 100-year-old factory, 40 km east of Cologne. Here we develop, design and sell our stylish products for ergonomics, exercise and sports.
