* Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Regular racking every five months. Subsequently bottled to rest in the bottle for a year.
* ruby red color, with intense and complex aromas from its aging in barrels. With notes of cocoa, spices and ripe black fruit. On the palate it is long, intense, with a persistent finish and a very complex nose in which the reduction bouquet in the bottle is noticeable.
* consumption temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
