A lot of ambiguity in communication. They do not have in stock what is listed on the site. They adjust your order, but there is no proper consultation. Very unfortunate because my customers are. Love this stuff.
Dear, we are very sorry for the bad review, also considering that we have sent you nr 4 wall sticker measure XL instead of the measure L which was unavailable. After that we gave you all assistance granting you to share delivery costs (giving you additional 5% discount)...but this wasn't enough to avoid a bad review....No problem of course, we always granting the best service we can but we are humans...sometimes mistakes give us chances to improve. Mugs are cool, notebooks too. Good value for the money. Few mugs broke as the box was lose inside, but delivery was super fast
