The products are good and beautiful. I can only be positive about that. But if something goes wrong once, they suddenly no longer respond. 75 plants arrived by the cold. We have been waiting for a solution for several weeks now.
Unfortunately, the collaboration with TrendHero was extremely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Since the original order in October 2024, we have painfully discovered several serious issues: Main problems: Incomplete delivery of the ordered goods Lack of communication about delivery status Repeated, unfulfilled promises of subsequent delivery Over 3 months waiting time for complete delivery No substantial response to our inquiries Customer service: The customer service did not show any professional problem-solving skills. Despite repeated inquiries and polite reminders, concrete information and suggested solutions were completely missing. Recommendation: Based on these experiences, we cannot recommend TrendHero. Companies looking for reliability and professional communication should avoid this supplier. Conclusion: Highly unprofessional, no customer orientation, massive delivery problems.
