Tolhuijs Design creates interior items with a story: made from waste material and produced at social workshops and in prisons. The 'upcycle' working method starts with looking at waste material and finding a way to give it a new life. Such as the FENCY wall rack collection made from left over fences, the SPOOL lamps giving welding spools a second life or the ABLE collection of tables made from thrown away pallet wood and upcycled steel.
