Tof Jerky is dried beef as it should be: quality meat, a natural marinade, and a lot of patience. We do everything ourselves, in our workshop in Anderlecht, with 100% Belgian Holstein beef.
No nitrite. No preservatives. No additives. Just meat, spices and time.
The meat is cut into thin strips, marinated, then dried slowly at low temperature. It takes us more time, but the result is a snack that remains soft and really tastes like meat. Not the taste of sugar or smoky flavoring from a bottle.
