About Tiseco Home Studio
Located in the Belgian province of West Flanders - a region known worldwide for craftsmanship and high quality when it comes to the production of textiles - lies the village of Anzegem. This is the place where Tiseco has been designing, developing and producing textiles since 1946, for three generations. Once started as a producer of handkerchiefs, Tiseco has expanded its range over the years to include a wide collection of kitchen, bed and bathroom textiles and various basics and accessories for the living room and further interior styling.

Order received quickly. Dispute deals just as quickly
The quality is very variable. Some products are fine, others less so (thinner fabric). The fabric of some tea towels is kind of washed out, which was not clear in the photos. The dishcloths have some loose strings. The photos of the round tablecloths show square tablecloths which makes it confusing. Neatly shipped, a large assortment, beautiful paper labels and a good price. Not very happy with the quality unfortunately.

Goods were delivered quickly. There is no real response to inquiries or our complaints. Unfortunately, this is very difficult. When you sell goods on a platform like this, appropriate customer service is also part of it.
Very bad. Order arrived in 4 damp boxes, plaids were musty and damp. Ordered 2 different ones, but only received 1 type. Emailed about this but received no response about the plaids. So I will no longer place an Order.
Second order, the products are very popular. the plaids are beautiful and very soft, the duvet covers are delivered in a tote bag of the same fabric. the quality is there
