De zachtheid en kwaliteit van de The One Towelling is te danken aan het gedetailleerde productieproces. Om onze kenmerkende zachtheid te bereiken, wordt katoen gekamd voordat het wordt gerold en geverfd. Een zeer unieke en belangrijke techniek die zorgt voor de kwaliteit die wij bieden. Het resulteert in een hogere vochtabsorptie, nauwelijks tot geen pluisjes en een extra zacht gevoel op de huid.

The bathrobes are of unbelievably poor quality! I bought 6 pieces for our airbnb. But after 1 wash there were a lot of strands and loose threads in the terry cloth. I'm ashamed of my guests. Can immediately start looking for new ones. Wasted money. Looking for a new supplier again..... In addition to the quality: contact was very difficult in the beginning and I did not really get a good answer to my questions. After I sent an angry email about this, I received a prompt response, and the order was shipped quickly (hence the 2nd star). But because of the really bad quality, I just skip it anyway..
De badjassen zijn ongelovelijk slecht van kwaliteit! Ik heb 6 stuks gekocht voor onze airbnb. Maar na 1 keer wassen zaten er ontzettend veel halen en losse draden in de badstof. Ik schaam me kapot tegenover mijn gasten. Kan meteen op zoek naar nieuwe. Weggegooid geld. Weer op zoek naar nieuwe leverancier..... Naast de kwaliteit: contact verliep erg stroef in het begin en kreeg niet echt goed antwoord op mijn vragen. Nadat ik hier een boze mail over heb gestuurd kreeg ik wel vlot antwoord, en de bestelling is snel verzonden(vandaar toch een 2e ster). Maar ik zo ivm mega slechte kwalieit gewoon überhaupt lekker skippen..

DECEPTION ON THE MERCHANDISE!!!! THE BATHROBEES ARE PRESENTED WITH GOTS CERTIFIED FABRICS WHILE THEY ARE OEKO-TEX 100 STANDARD CERTIFIED. Poor quality of the products received: uncut threads, threads of a different color sewn randomly on the sleeve, cutting and sewing of the fabric not straight. Very poor communication with the DPD delivery service which does not respect the delivery instructions: DATE & HOURS OF AVAILABILITY. My season is starting, I cannot return them BUT I'M EXPECTING A COMMERCIAL GESTURE FROM THE ONE TOWELLING BRAND: REFUND OF PART OF THE PRODUCTS, ADDITIONAL DELIVERY COSTS... as well as WHAT ODERCHAMP: HAVE ON NEXT ORDER.. .
TROMPERIE SUE LA MARCHANDISE !!!! LES PEIGNOIRS SONT PRÉSENTÉS AVEC TISSUS CERTIFIÉ GOTS ALORS QU'ILS SONT CERTIFIÉS OEKO-TEX 100 STANDARD. Qualité médiocre des produits reçus : fils non coupés, fils d'une couleur différente cousus aléatoirement sur manche, coupe et couture du tissu non droite. Très mauvaise communication avec le service de livraison DPD qui ne respecte pas les consignes de livraison : DATE & HEURES DE DISPONIBILITÉ. Ma saison commence, je ne peux les renvoyer MAIS J' ATTENDS UN GESTE COMMERCIAL DE LA MARQUE THE ONE TOWELLING : REMBOURSEMENT D'UNE PARTIE DES PRODUITS, FRAIS DE LIVRAISON SUPPLÉMENTAIRES ... ainsi que QU'ODERCHAMP : AVOIR SUR PROCHAINE COMMANDE ...
