Having worked many years in the mental health sector, our founder Fede knows how hard it is to stay positive and feel good while facing the challenges life throws at us. She wanted to create simple, fun, and practical tools to embrace small daily positive habits: little steps to feel better right away and to adopt a positive mindset in the long run.
