When you walk through the roads immersed in the limestone plateau of the Iblei Mountains, you have the feeling of a journey back in time: the scent of antiquity, the notes of the Mediterranean Sea, the gentle trend of the reliefs engraved by rivers and cave, the precious light of the sun.
In this variegated scenery of nature and colors in the heart of South-Eastern Sicily, characterized by high altimetrical variability, the cultivation of olive trees is the mirror of the history of a sunny and Mediterranean land, which has founded on agriculture the basis of its civilization.
OUR FARM
It is right here, in the heart of the Hyblean Mountains (Monti Iblei), in a small Village close to Modica city, that the Giannone family for several generations is dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and the production of extra virgin olive oil. The passion for the extra virgin olive oil began in the mid-1950s, and was born from the love that binds this family to its land.
