I had seen it wrong. After unpacking and looking closely at the photos again, I thought they were different items. The beach dresses in the first photo looked different than in the second photo. After a response from TDF, it turned out that you can wear it in two ways. How nice! You turn it a quarter turn. So I was wrong. It's the same beach dress and even more fun now.
