New Jade from Tarzzani is a carefully composed special blend of 100% Arabica specialty coffee that combines selected top coffees from Colombia and Brazil. The espresso beans from Colombia come from the La Mejorana farm and grow at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,900 meters. There they develop their fine structure, elegant fruitiness and clear aromatic depth. The beans are washed and prepared, which creates a particularly clean and balanced cup profile. This composition is complemented by Brazilian Arabica beans from the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region. These coffees grow at altitudes of 1,000 to 1,200 meters and are processed using the Pulped Natural process, which gives them a pleasant natural sweetness, soft texture and nutty depth. The flavor profile of New Jade impresses with floral notes, fine hazelnut aromas, chocolate and a fresh citrus note. The medium intensity of 3/5, the mild acidity and the balanced balance make this coffee particularly harmonious and pleasant to drink. The hand-picked beans come from direct trade and are gently refined in a drum roaster. Our coffee is packaged in compostable coffee bags.
