Espresso Beans New Jade, Specialty Coffee, 100% Arabica

New Jade by Tarzzani is a carefully composed special blend of 100% Arabica specialty coffee, combining selected top coffees from Colombia and Brazil. The espresso beans from Colombia come from the farm La Mejorana and grow at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,900 metres. There they develop their fine structure, elegant fruitiness and clear aromatic depth. The beans are washed, creating a particularly clean and balanced cup profile. This composition is complemented by Brazilian Arabica beans from the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region. These coffees grow at altitudes of 1,000 to 1,200 metres and are processed in the Pulped Natural process, which gives them a pleasant natural sweetness, soft texture and nutty depth. The New Jade flavour profile impresses with floral notes, fine hazelnut aromas, chocolate and a fresh citrus note. The medium intensity of 3/5, the mild acidity and the balanced balance make this coffee particularly harmonious and pleasant to drink. The hand-picked beans come from direct trade and are gently refined in the drum roaster. The roasting degree from American to City Roast brings out the fine aromas optimally and ensures a gentle, round body with a gentle, nutty finish. Ideal for fully automatic machines and espresso machines - there this 100% Arabica Blend unfolds its elegant aroma, fine crema and clear balance in every cup. Our coffee is packaged in 100% compostable coffee bags.
