Passion, tradition and a lot of love for good things are the common thread that led me to create this company; a real adventure full of memories.

Now distant but equally fond memories of the holiday periods, when as a child I helped my grandmother and mother prepare homemade pasta.

The careful choice of raw materials and the gestures repeated with such wisdom to create tortellini, lasagna and strhetti bring a smile to my face every time I think about it.

It was precisely these happy memories of when I was a child and the desire to preserve the tradition of homemade pasta that drove me to make and sell my products, all made in Italy, just like the ones I saw used as a child.

Even today, we use the same tools in the family and follow the same traditional recipes passed down through generations to make the homemade pasta that, like a good Bolognese, should never be missing.
