What is OmePa DK2? OmePa DK2 is a high-strength food supplement combining concentrated fish oil with Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 (MK-7) in two softgel capsules per day. Each daily serving delivers 1,938 mg of fish oil providing 1,280 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids — including 680 mg EPA and 470 mg DHA — alongside 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 200 µg of Vitamin K2 (MK-7). This targeted combination brings together high-concentrate Omega-3 fatty acids with the two fat-soluble vitamins most closely associated with bone and cardiovascular health. Vitamins D3 and K2 work in synergy: Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, while Vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to where it is needed in the body.
