The ingredients are from controlled organic cultivation and free of any additives (even without flavor enhancers such as celery salt or onion powder). The taste is created by first-class ingredients and finely tuned compositions. Thanks to the airtight, lighttight and watertight aluminum cans with screw caps, the consistency, aroma and taste are retained for a long time. The beautifully designed cans are presented and packaged in wooden boxes.

At first he created the spice mixtures just for himself and his family, then for friends and suddenly it just kept growing. In 2011 Markus Kolberg finally founded his small manufactory in Schleswig.
