The "Gruppo Migliore" company is located in the territory of Butera, a "true jewel of Sicily", set in the heart of Sicily and which develops on the fertile hills and gently caressed by the marine intoxication. The olive tree in our territory finds favorable environmental conditions for a luxuriant growth, flowering and ripening of the fruit, thanks to its particular exposure, the temperate climate and the loose and calcareous soil. The Gruppo Migliore company has state-of-the-art systems, with a continuous cycle and cold pressing (below 27 °), to obtain a highly prepared oil rich in polyphenols, which preserve its fragrances. The olives, coming from the Butera district, are delivered in small ventilated boxes, within a few hours of harvesting, to be immediately pressed for pressing. the attention to every stage of processing, from the olive to the storage and bottling of the oil, together with the strict selection of the olives and the constant control of the efficiency of the plants, allow the production of our award-winning extra virgin olive oil.
