The "Gruppo Migliore" company is located in the territory of Butera, a "true jewel of Sicily", set in the heart of Sicily and which develops on the fertile hills and gently caressed by the marine intoxication. The olive tree in our territory finds favorable environmental conditions for a luxuriant growth, flowering and ripening of the fruit, thanks to its particular exposure, the temperate climate and the loose and calcareous soil. The Gruppo Migliore company has state-of-the-art systems, with a continuous cycle and cold pressing (below 27 °), to obtain a highly prepared oil rich in polyphenols, which preserve its fragrances.
