I won't order from here again. Too bad, because SideDish products are fun and were even one of our bestsellers. My order from February 27 was never fully delivered. Contact from SideDish was virtually nil; it's that I went after the status myself. After an initial message about a delay, I have not heard anything from SideDish. Because "backorder" was also manually stated on the packing slip for several items, I immediately contacted Orderchamp customer service. On June 3, I received a backorder without any notice, but this was also incomplete. Thanks to Orderchamp for the good support throughout the entire process and ultimately arranging a credit note for the last undelivered products.

What a company this is. They don't get any stars from me. The order was four weeks later than promised. They had one excuse after another. After many emails back and forth with Orderchamp, I finally received an email from Sidedish. I was promised that I would receive the shipment that week. Well that happened but I missed many items and some were broken. After many emails, I eventually received compensation for the broken and undelivered items. But what a long time it took me and what a slow process. I will never buy anything from this company again. I didn't even get an apology.
