At RYW, we believe that taking care of yourself is the way to live the life you want %23feelgoodbegreat. We consciously choose to offer products and programs that are easy to apply because we understand that time is precious in a busy life. We have also made our own mix of Selfcare and Aromatherapy, Ayurveda and Astrology are our great sources of inspiration. Incidentally, we don't just see Selfcare as something you do alone, a night out with friends is just as valuable a way to take care of yourself as a meditation, yoga or bathroom session :).
RYW is built on Hanneke's expertise, her background lies in both Ayurveda and Astrology and the knowledge from these two sources of inspiration can be found in all products and programs. Almost all our products are made in the Netherlands, we opt for small-scale production and 100% natural ingredients.

ABOUT HANNEKE PEETERS
RYW was founded by Hanneke Peeters, Selfcare Expert and her partner. Why? Because Hanneke thought we should rather be to ourselves. We have become too strict in recent decades and are too much in our heads. She experienced it herself. As an entrepreneur and mother, she wanted to keep all the balls in the air. The juggle was real.
CONNECTION WITH YOURSELF
Only she soon found out that this was not the way to develop yourself to the maximum. She lacked productivity, was restless and disconnected from herself. That had to change. Because hey, taking care of yourself is key to a good life. But how do you proceed?
Answer: make it fun, small and just do it! Go, sit in silence for 1 minute. Listen to what your body is telling you. Who are you? Where do you stand? What do you feel? What do you need? Notice it, allow it and let it be there. Everything is good.
