We also donate 1000x the contents of the drinking bottle to clean drinking water per bottle sold through our cooperation partner Made Blue in places where this is not as obvious as here in the Netherlands.

We are super lucky that we placed only a small order. 2 out of 4 Retulp Big Mugs had a defect lid. We were so shocked, that we actually weren't okay with replacement, as quality is key in our business.
However, C. of the Retulp - Team convinced us and promised her would send a replacement. This was 30th of November. Until today we didn't hear anything back!
