Very bad experience! Received only part of the items ordered, poorly packaged, half arrived broken. For those received, some were replaced by another color without my agreement. The brand does not respond to messages! It took Orderchamp's intervention to resolve the problems and it took 1 month.
Très mauvaise expérience ! Reçu seulement une partie des articles commandés, ,mal emballé, la moitié est arrivé cassé. Pour ceux reçus, certains ont été remplacés par une autre couleur sans mon accord. La marque ne répond pas aux messages ! Il a fallu l'intervention d'Orderchamp pour solutionner les problèmes et cela a pris 1 mois.
Worthless. I placed an order on April 15 and the wrong products were delivered. You will be contacted by telephone with the promise that a new product will be sent. Waited several weeks for that. They don't answer my messages. At this point I'm still waiting. The products I received are full of stickers (barcode stickers) that are difficult to remove and are certainly not ready for a store. It was also not professionally packed at all. I got an air fryer? box inside with all the crumbled styrofoam, covering the whole thing. I would not recommend this seller.
Waardeloos. Ik heb op 15 april een bestelling geplaatst en de verkeerde producten zijn geleverd. Er wordt telefonisch contact opgenomen met de toezegging dat er een nieuw product wordt opgestuurd. Daar meerdere weken op gewacht. Ze beantwoorden mijn berichten niet. Op dit moment wacht ik nog steeds. De producten die ik ontving zitten vol met stickers (barcodestickers) die er nauwelijks af te krijgen zijn en zeker niet gereed zijn voor in een winkel. Ook was het geheel niet professioneel ingepakt. Ik kreeg een airfryer? doos binnen met allemaal afgebrokkeld piepschuim waardoor de hele zaak onder zat. Ik zou deze verkoper niet aanbevelen.
