Pineapple Happy Life

Pineapple Happy Life, a saying that directly resonated for me. I met a beautiful soul during one of my yoga teacher trainings who often said: ‘build a life you don’t need a break from’. That has stayed with me ever since and made me wonder what that life would look like, what it would feel like.

The term Pineapple Happy Life soon popped up and I started using this term when journaling, inspiring me to build the life I didn’t need a break from. It has helped me create space in my life to lean back, to reflect, to slow down and let me settle into my intuitive & creative nature. It has helped me to enjoy life right here and right now, less lingering in the past, less dreaming about what the future beholds, just being here, enjoying life as it comes. It has inspired me to write more, to let the words flow that come to mind and is now translating into a more tangible form to share my inspiration online and with my postcards.
