It is not simply a tin box; it is a container of life. If you shake it, you will hear the sand from **Carbonaia Beach (Grosseto, Tuscany, Italy)**, collected on a summer day when I spent a wonderful time with Elisa and Enea.
The seashells come from **Marzamemi Beach (Sicily, Italy)** and were gathered by my best friend during his summer holiday.
It is a box of memories—mine and his.
At the bottom appears a collage in grey-green tones, evoking an aquatic and dreamlike environment. Among small fish that seem to swim through space, several eyes emerge—recurring elements that suggest observation, memory, and inner dimensions. At the center, a human figure whose head has been replaced by a fish stands upon a real seashell attached in relief, creating a dialogue between the two-dimensional image and the three-dimensional object.
The tin box, painted in an aqua-green shade, immediately recalls the world of the sea and found objects, while the dimensionality of the shells adds depth and texture to the piece.
A protective resin coating seals the surface, preserving the integrity of the artwork.
