Dehydrated soup has a bad reputation. She mentions the addition of colorings, preservatives and other harmful products. However, basically it is a great product. The food is dehydrated, therefore does not contain any bacteria and retains its taste properties. It keeps for a very long time and takes up very little space. We still had to imagine these totally healthy dehydrated soups, without additives, vegan (3 recipes out of 5), organic (2 recipes out of 5) and with character and lots of taste.
