Baltic Sea Salt is a hand-made quality mark product from our Baltic Sea Salt Manufactory in Kiel.
We salt workers boil finely filtered Baltic Sea water into salt in pans and dry it carefully so as not to destroy the fine crystal structure. With us, everything is done by hand, from harvesting the salt crystals to gluing the packaging to filling and vacuuming the Weck jars.
