You don't get what you see - if you think you're getting a nice one, for example the Lucky Doggy with hair, you get a cheaper one without hair. They have now placed a pop-up that what you think you order will be delivered differently. This will certainly not work for any subsequent orders if you want the same one.
They are also not very friendly if you indicate that you have received something completely different from what you ordered. Orderchamp ultimately resolved this for us itself. So I don't think this formula is possible and doesn't work due to repeat orders! I would say, look before you leap.
