Oleificio Guccione

Oleificio Guccione is an important reality, which since 1966 has been producing extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality in the area of ​​Chiaramonte Gulfi, a small village in the province of Ragusa. It is a family business, born as an oil mill at the service of small local producers, which over the years has begun to produce labels with its own brand. Today at the helm of the oil mill are the brothers Vito and Giuseppe Divita, who carry on the business with craftsmanship passion and respect for the ancient traditions of the Hyblaean territory. Sicily's link with the olive tree is lost in the mists of time. Always present on the island with many excellent quality cultivars, the olive tree, together with the vine and wheat, is a symbolic plant of the Mediterranean culture and of the populations that have inhabited the shores of the Mare Nostrum since ancient times.
