I have now ordered twice from them and twice it is simply not sent and you do not receive an answer to your messages.
Heb nu 2 x bij ze besteld en 2 keer wordt het gewoon niet verstuurt en krijg je geen antwoord op je berichtjes.
This order was ordered weeks ago but NOTHING has been received yet. Oceana also does not respond to my emails. Previous orders with Oceana have always gone smoothly and now I am not satisfied at all. I have no idea what's going wrong, but my customers are waiting for their favorite shampoos ;-(
Deze bestelling is reeds weken geleden besteld maar nog NIETS ontvangen. Oceana antwoordt ook niet op mijn mails. Vorige bestellingen bij Oceana zijn altijd vlot verlopen en nu totaal niet tevreden. Geen idee wat er fout gaat maar mijn klanten zitten wel te wachten op hun favoriete shampoos ;-(
