Disastrous customer support. After the product had to be revised by nuud, we were told that our goods would be picked up and credited - we have been waiting for this for over 2 months. Every now and then an email comes asking again and again which products we still have and when they can be picked up - and then nothing happens again. The package is still in our store. We find that impossible.
