Poor to no communication, ordered on 8/30/23. Today on October 25th. Still not delivered! I can report from the past that the goods are good, but sometimes they come in a different color than ordered.

Schlechte bis keine Kommunikation, Wäre am 30.8.23 bestellt. Heute am 25.10. Immer noch nicht geliefert! Aus der Vergangenheit kann ich berichten, gute Ware, es kommt aber gerne Mal eine andere Farbe als bestellt.

The products are nice, but I have been waiting for weeks for product photos of 2 new colors of a product. Despite an earlier promise, I have not received them and there has been no response from NufNuf. This lack of customer support is not professional.

De producten zijn leuk, maar ik wacht nu al weken op productfoto's van 2 nieuwe kleuren van een product. Ondanks een eerder toezegging heb ik ze niet ontvangen en komt er geen reactie meer van NufNuf. Dit gebrek aan klantondersteuning is niet professioneel.

Satisfied with the order. The products were well packaged (in bulk). Point of criticism: no track & trace link received so exact delivery date was not known.

The pink and gray carrying bags are not the same size, the cat trees arrived damaged, I cannot sell them in this condition, a huge disappointment. Issues resolved quickly

Les sacs de transport rose et gris ne sont pas de la même taille, les arbres à chats sont arrivés abîmés je ne peux pas les vendre dans cet état, énorme déception. Soucis réglés rapidement
